The hip measurement on the 3XL is 39.8 and it fit me perfectly without pulling anywhere. I was worried the 15 inch straps would dig in but they're actually comfortable. Wore it all day and didn't want to take it off.

I'm 5'8" and the 1XL length of 25.6 hit right at mid-thigh, which surprised me in a good way. The 35-inch hip measurement gave me just enough room without it clinging.

I ordered the 3XL and the hip measurement was spot on at 39.8, which never happens for me. The straps are a fixed 15 inches so keep that in mind if you're taller, but on my 5'4" frame they sit perfectly.
