The hip measurement on the 3XL is 39.8 and it fit me perfectly without pulling anywhere. I was worried the 15 inch straps would dig in but they're actually comfortable. Wore it all day and didn't want to take it off.

I ordered the 3XL and the hip measurement was spot on at 39.8, which never happens for me. The straps are a fixed 15 inches so keep that in mind if you're taller, but on my 5'4" frame they sit perfectly.
