I'm between a L and XL so I ordered the 1XL based on the bust measurements and it fits perfectly across the chest. The waist has a little extra room which I don't mind since it drapes nicely instead of pulling. Finally a size chart that actually matches what shows up.

The grey color is exactly what I hoped for and the fabric has held up after two washes with no fading. I ordered the M and the bust range of 35.4-37 fit me true to the chart.

I went with the 1XL per the waist chart and it fits exactly as the measurements promised, no gaping at the bust either. The grey is a true neutral, not washed out, and it's held its shape through three washes so far.
